Taqueria Mi Ranchito Jaime's is a hidden gem in Liberty Hill.I've been looking for good Al Pastor tacos for forever, and their Al Pastor tacos hit the spot. The meat is delicious with the right amount of char balanced by sweetness from the pineapple. You have the option to pick between a corn or flour tortilla. Everything is made fresh! The prices are reasonable at about $3.50-$4 per taco.The owners are nice. I'm happy to support a local business. I am definitely making this a new frequent lunch spot!

Came out to support their one year anniversary and they did not disappoint. They had hours of entertainment planned out for both rain or shine. The live music made the environment rich with Latin heritage.Jackie and her husband Jamies always respectful and a pleasure to talk with. They always have the best fresh frescas.The Al pastor quesadilla is filling and full of flavor. Definitely a favorite on the menu. They are very will priced as well.My overall review of this food truck is 5 out of 5 would return. The pastor is one of the best I've ever had and I wouldn't go anywhere else for it.

Best tacos in the area, hands down! The meat is tender and flavorful, the eggs were clearly cooked fresh, and tortillas were pliable and delicious. The owners are so friendly and wonderful, excited to make this place a regular stop. There's a fun playground and a daiquiri place next door where they'll come to your table while you eat.

Food was really good, we've ordered chicken fajita quesadilla and tacos(Al pastor, chicken) both were on spot. It's been a while since I had good tacos and this place reminded my tastebuds what the OG tacos are like!Oh their queso is some much better than many others ! Give it a shot and you won't regret!!
